益肾调肝方联合益生菌对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Yishen Tiaogan Recipe Combined with Probiotics on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的探讨益肾调肝方联合益生菌对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效分析。方法将206例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组103例;对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合益肾调肝方进行治疗;4周为1个疗程,服用3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后的肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)],脂肪肝指数FLI,血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋B(Apo B)],胰岛素抵抗指标[空腹血糖水平(FBG)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]变化,临床疗效及B超评分。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.29%(93/103)和77.67%(80/103),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ALT、ALP、AST、FLI、TC、TG、ApoB、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR值均与治疗前相比,有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);B超评定显效率治疗组和对照组分别为82.52%(85/103)和61.16%(63/103)。结论益肾调肝方联合益生菌对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的临床症状有显著改善,能够有效调控患者肝功能水平、血脂水平及胰岛素抵抗水平,保护肝脏正常生化功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yishen Tiaogan Recipe combined with probiotics on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 206 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group,103 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral bismuth triple bacteria.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Tiaogan Recipe on the basis of the control group.Four weeks was a course of treatment and there were totally 3 courses.The changes of liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],fatty liver index(FLI),blood lipids[serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),apolipoprotein B(Apo B)],insulin resistance index[fasting blood glucose(FBG)],fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy and B-ultrasound scores between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.29%(93/103)and 77.67%(80/103),respectively.The treatment group’s total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups’ALT,ALP,AST,FLI,TC,TG,ApoB,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group’s were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of B-ultrasound treatment were 82.52%(85/103)and 61.16%(63/103)in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.Conclusion Yishen Tiaogan Recipe combined with probiotics can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,can effectively regulate liver function,blood lipid levels and insulin resistance,and can protect the normal biochemical function of the liver.It is worthy of clinical application.
