眼针疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血CRP、TNF-α的影响

Study on Effect of Eye Acupuncture Therapy in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on CRP and TNF-αin Blood

目的探讨眼针疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效及血CRP、TNF-α的影响。方法将医院2016年7月—2019年12月诊治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,两组患者基础治疗均相同,对照组采用普通针刺治疗;在此基础上,治疗组采用眼针疗法治疗,持续治疗4周为1个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛发作次数、西雅图心绞痛量表(Seattle angina questionaire,SAQ)及血肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平。结果两组患者在性别、平均年龄、平均病程及心绞痛类型上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组有效率80.00%(40/50)低于治疗组94.00%(47/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组患者治疗后心绞痛时间、心绞痛频率降低,SAQ量表升高;与对照组比,治疗组患者心绞痛时间、心绞痛频率较低,SAQ量表较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组患者治疗后血TNF-α、CRP水平降低;与对照组比,治疗组患者血TNF-α、CRP水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间对照组仅1例皮肤瘙痒、2例皮下血肿;治疗组2例皮疹现象,2例皮下血肿,经对症处理后症状消失,对研究无影响。结论采用眼针疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效显著,可改善心绞痛症状,提高生活质量,降低炎症因子。

Objective To investigate the effect of eye acupuncture therapy on angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease and the influence on CRP and TNF-αin blood.Methods A hundred patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from November 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The basic treatment of the two groups was the same,while the control group was treated with eye acupuncture.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture,and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,frequency of angina attack,frequency of angina attack,Seattle angina questionaire(SAQ),levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in blood were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in gender,average age,average course of disease or type of angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(40/50),lower than that of the treatment group[94.00%(40/50),P<0.05].Compared with those before treatment,the time of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina pectoris decreased and the SAQ scale increased in the two groups after treatment.Compared with those of the control group,the time and frequency of angina pectoris in the treatment group were lower and the SAQ scale was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the blood levels of TNF-αand CRP in the two groups decreased after treatment,while those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was only 1 case of skin itching and 2 cases of subcutaneous hematoma in the control group,2 cases of skin rash and 2 cases of subcutaneous hematoma in the treatment group,and the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment,which had no effect on the study.Conclusion Eye acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.It can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the quality of life and reduce inflammatory factors.
