摘要 肥大细胞脱颗粒在炎症免疫性疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,通过稳定肥大细胞脱颗粒途径来治疗相关疾病已成为当今研究的热点。植物中存在多种抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒的多酚类单体成分,通过分析总结植物多酚类单体化合物在抗炎中的研究进展做一综述。 Degranulation of mast cells plays an important role in the development of inflammatory immune diseases.The treatment of related diseases by stabilizing the mast cell degranulation pathway has become a hot topic in current research.There are a variety of polyphenolic monomer components in plants that inhibit the degranulation of mast cells.This paper reviewed the progress of researches on plant polyphenolic monomer compounds in anti-inflammatory.
