摘要
目的建立基于模糊物元与灰色模式识别的小花清风藤药材品质评价分析模型。方法以小花清风藤药材的叶浸出物、一年生茎浸出物、多年生茎浸出物、总黄酮含量、总皂苷含量为品质评价指标,构建基于上述评价指标的模糊物元与灰色模式识别的小花清风藤药材品质评价模型,并将两种方法的评价结果进行对比分析。结果构建了模糊物元与灰色模式识别的小花清风藤药材品质评价模型,且两种方法对小花清风藤药材的质量评价结果基本一致。结论基于模糊物元与灰色模式识别的小花清风藤药材品质评价模型具有良好的科学性和实用性,均可作为小花清风藤药材品质评价的方法。
Objective To establish a quality evaluation and analysis model for Sabia parviflora based on fuzzy matter-element and gray pattern recognition.Methods Using leaf extract,annual stem extract,perennial stem extract,total flavonoid content and total saponins content as quality evaluation factors,a fuzzy mature-element and gray pattern recognition model was established for quality evaluation of Sabia parviflora.The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The quality evaluation model of Sabia parviflora was established by fuzzy matterelement and gray pattern recognition,and the quality evaluation results of the two methods were basically consistent.Conclusion The result of quality model based on fuzzy matterelement and gray pattern recognition has good scientificity and practicability and the method can be used to evaluate and analyze the quality of the medicinal material of Sabia parviflora.
