摘要
目的研究麦粒灸对甲状腺功能减退模型大鼠海马体内乙酰胆碱含量的影响。方法将120只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组和治疗组,每组各30只,造模结束后,其中对照组和模型组予以生理盐水灌服,西药组予以甲状腺片灌服,治疗组给予以麦粒灸疗法,干预4周后处死大鼠进行指标观察,观察大鼠体质量、血清TT4和TSH水平及海马体中乙酰胆碱含量的变化。结果造模后模型组、西药组和治疗组大鼠体质量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后治疗组大鼠体质量高于模型组和西药组(P<0.05),治疗组大鼠血清TT4水平明显高于模型组和西药组(P<0.05),血清TSH水平明显低于模型组和西药组(P<0.05),海马乙酰胆碱含量明显高于模型组和西药组(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸能够提高甲状腺功能减退模型大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱含量。
Objective To learn about the influence of grain-sized moxibustion on acetylcholine in hippocampus of hypothyroidism rats.Methods A total of SPF 120 rats were divided randomly into control group,model group,western medicine(Thyroid Tablets)group and grain-sized moxibustion group,with 30 in each group.Rats in control group and model group were treated by saline,while the western medicine group was given Thyroid Tablets and grain-sized moxibustion group was treated by moxibustion after modeling.Then all rats were killed after 4-week treatment to observe their weights,levels of TT4 and TSH in serum and content of acetylcholine in their hippocampus.Results The weights of model group,western medicine group and grain-sized moxibustion group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)after modeling.The weights of grain-sized moxibustion group was higher than that of model group and western medicine group(P<0.05)after treating.Levels of TT4 in grain-sized moxibustion group were more than that of model and western medicine groups(P<0.05),while the level of TSH was less than that of the two groups(P<0.05).And the content of acetylcholine in grain-sized moxibustion group was more than that of model and western medicine groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Grain-sized moxibustion could increase the content of acetylcholine in hypothyroidism rats.
