成人体检人群中幽门螺杆菌感染与代谢综合征相关性研究

Study on the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and metabolic syndrome in adult physical examination

目的探讨成人体检人群中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与代谢综合征的相关性,为临床提供Hp感染及相关疾病的流行病学依据。方法抽取2017年6月至2019年6月河南省人民医院初次体检人员2 289例为研究对象,回顾性分析受检者临床资料,统计代谢综合征发生率及Hp阳性检出情况,分析Hp感染与代谢综合征指标的相关性。结果 2 289例体检者男性Hp阳性率(46.64%,779/1 670)高于女性(40.71%,252/619), 1 031例Hp阳性者代谢综合征发生率(8.28%)高于Hp阴性者(5.97%), Hp阳性者的空腹血糖(FPG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、同型半胱氨酸检测值高于Hp阴性者(P<0.05),Hp阳性者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇检测值低于Hp阴性者(P<0.05)。Hp检测值(13C测量值)与SBP、DBP、FPG存在正相关(r=0.055、0.057、0.053,P=0.033、0.028、0.014)。结论 Hp阳性与血压、FPG、TG等代谢综合征指标相关,Hp感染可能是代谢综合征的危险因素,临床应监测Hp阳性者的相关代谢指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and metabolic syndrome(MS)in adult physical examination population,and to provide epidemiological basis for Hp infection and related diseases in clinical.Methods A total of 2289 personnel who applied in Henan Province People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of the subjects were retrospectively analyzed,the incidence of metabolic syndrome and Hp-positive detection were analyzed,The correlation between Hp infection and indicators of metabolic syndrome was analyzed.Results The Hp-positive rate of males(46.64%,779/1670)in 2289 cases was higher than that(40.71%,252/619)of women,and the incidence of metabolic syndrome(8.28%)in 1031 cases was higher than that(5.97%)of Hp-negative patients.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triacylglycerol(TG),homocysteine test values of Hp-positive patients were higher than those of Hp-negative patients(P<0.05),the detection value of HDL cholesterol in Hp-positive patients was lower than that in Hp-negative patients(P<0.05).Hp detection value(13C measurement value)was positively correlated with SBP,DBP,FPG(r=0.055,0.057,0.053,P=0.033,0.028,0.014).Conclusions Hp-positive is related to metabolic syndrome indicators such as blood pressure,FPG,TG,Hp infection may be a risk factor for metabolic syndrome,and relevant metabolic indicators of Hp-positive patients should be monitored clinically.
