本文梳理和综述了近年来企业合规管理面临的政策和监管要求、形势和任务,分析了合规管理融入管理体系的必要性、需处理好的关系及把握好的重点工作,结合中国石化实际分析研究,提出了合规管理体系融入现有内控管理体系的具体路径。

This article sorted out and then summarized the policies and regulatory requirements,situations and tasks faced by corporate compliance management in recent years,and analyzed the necessity of integrating compliance management into the management system,the relationships and the key tasks that need to be handled well.It also put forward the specific path of integrating the compliance management system into the existing internal control management system through analyzing the current situation of SINOPEC.
