基于企业网络动态能力的协同创新系统演化设计

摘要 由于中小企业资源与能力均存在局限性,其所耗费的创新成本普遍高于大企业,且承担着较高的风险,因此,不能凭借自身能力实现研发,则建立基于企业网络动态能力的协同创新系统是中小企业的必然选择。因此,文中提出基于企业网络动态能力的协同创新系统演化设计方法,从知识更新的角度出发对企业网络能力动态化协同演化发展途径进行设计,并构建企业网络动态能力与创新绩效关系的分析模型,分析所设计发展路径的应用效果。研究结果表明,选择最优网络能力—优化网络地位能力—管理创新主体关系能力—获取网络资源能力是协同创新系统影响力最大的企业网络能力动态化协同演化发展途径。基于此途径下,企业创新绩效得以提升。 The small-and medium-sized enterprises can′t achieve R&D and bear a higher risk due to the limitations of their own resources and capabilities,whose innovation costs are higher than those of large enterprises.Therefore,it is inevitable for the small-and medium-sized enterprises to establish a collaborative innovation system based on the dynamic capabilities of enterprise network.An evolutionary design method of collaborative innovation system based on the dynamic capability of enterprise network is put forward in this paper.The path of collaborative evolution of dynamic capability of enterprise network is designed proceeding from the perspective of knowledge updating.The analysis model of the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance of enterprise network is constructed to analyze the application effect of the path.The results show that choosing of the optimal network capability,optimization of network position capability,management of innovation subject relationship capability and acquisition of network resource capability are the greatest influence on dynamic collaborative evolution development path of enterprise network capability.On the basis of this path,enterprise innovation performance can be improved.
