沙滩车覆盖件缺陷曲面拟合重构技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为及时修复沙滩车覆盖件缺陷部位,保证其优越性能,研究沙滩车覆盖件缺陷曲面拟合重构方法。基于逆向工程技术构建沙滩车覆盖件逆向设计过程图,实行缺陷曲面拟合重构。首先,依据型面边缘环找到裂缝缺陷曲面位置,根据曲面离散过程确定重构区间;其次,采用3DSS光线扫描仪获取覆盖件缺陷曲面重构区间的点云数据,实施降噪及精简处理,生成网格化点云,拟合出曲面与曲线;最后,根据拟合的曲线结合逼近或者插值方法实现曲面重构。实证分析结果表明,所研究方法可实现沙滩车覆盖件裂缝缺陷曲面的重构,且重构结果精准可靠,重构效率高,说明所研究方法性能优越,可为增强沙滩车性能提供有效帮助。 A method of fitting and reconstruction the defect surface of the ATV cover sheets is studied to repair the defective parts of the all-terrain vehicle(ATV)cover sheets in time and ensure its superior performance.The reverse design process diagram of ATV cover sheets is constructed based on reverse engineering technology to implement the fitting and reconstruction of defect surface.The location of the crack defect surface is found according to the edge ring of the profile,and the reconstruction interval is determined according to the surface dispersive process.The 3 DSS ray scanner is used to obtain the point cloud data of the reconstruction interval of the defect surface of the cover sheets,and perform the noise reduction and simplification process to generate the meshed point cloud and fit the surface and curve.The surface reconstruction is realized according to the fitted curve combined with the approximation or interpolation method.The empirical analysis results show that the research method can realize the reconstruction of the crack defect surface of the ATV cover sheets,and the reconstruction result is accurate and reliable,and the reconstruction efficiency is high,which indicates that the method is superior in performance and can provide effective help for enhancing the performance of ATV.
