摘要
报道了在鄂西神农架发现的杜鹃花科杜鹃属一个湖北省新分布种:三花杜鹃Rhododendron triflorum。根据标本进行了补充描述,介绍了其生境特征。三花杜鹃在湖北的发现印证了鄂西植物区系与喜马拉雅植物区系的重要关联性,及作为东西部之间的生物多样性连接通道的重要性。
Rhododendron triflorum,a new species of Rhododendron from Hubei Province,was found in Shennongjia,western Hubei.Supplementary descriptions were made according to the specimens.The habitat characteristics of this species were described。The discovery of R.triflora in Hubei confirms the important relationship between Western Hubei and Himalayan on flora,and serves as an important link between the eastern and western parts of China in biodiversity communication.
