摘要 本文运用文献资料法、因素分析法对乡村体育教师专业发展的现状进行分析,发现其面临多重改革困境,主要有社会认同度不高、经济资本不足、教育培训机制不完善、教师地位边缘化、自主发展意识不强等。针对上述困境笔者提出以下应对策略:营造有助于体育教师专业成长的政策环境;建立相对完善的教师考核激励机制;创新培训途径,完善培训制度;构建教师专业发展共同体,促进教师学习;树立正确的发展观,提高自主发展意识。 By using the methods of literature reviews and factor analysis etc.,this paper analyzes the realistic predicament of the professional development of rural physical education teachers.Being affected by various factors,the professional development of rural physical education teachers is facing multiple difficulties,mainly including low social recognition,insufficient economic capital,imperfect education and training mechanisms,marginalization of teacher status,and weak awareness of independent development.Suggestions:create a policy environment conducive to the professional growth of physical education teachers;establish complete teachers evaluation and inspiration mechanism;innovate training paths and improve the training system;construct teachers’professional development community and promoting teachers’learning;and establish a correct outlook on development to increase awareness of independent development.
