摘要
目的:了解地方高师院校体育专业与非体育专业学生的健康素养水平,并找出相关的影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,随机抽取体育专业与非体育专业学生共250人,开展健康素养问卷调查。结果:体育专业学生健康素养具备率为51.28%,非体育专业学生健康素养具备率为37.91%,对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);其中基本知识和理念方面体育专业学生具备率为66.67%,非体育专业学生为56.87%,对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);健康生活方式和行为方面体育专业学生具备率为52.78%,非体育专业学生具备率为29.38%,对比具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);基本技能方面体育专业学生具备率为50%,非体育专业学生具备率为42.18%,对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:体育专业学生健康素养水平优于其他专业,选修健康教育课程是其主要影响因素。
Objective:to understand the health literacy level of physical education majors and non-physical education majors in local normal universities and find out the relevant influencing factors.Methods:250 students of PE major and non-pe major were randomly selected by cluster sampling.Results:the health literacy rate of PE majors is 51.28%,and that of non-PE majors is 37.91%(P<0.05).In terms of basic knowledge and philosophy,the possession rate of PE major students is 66.67%,while that of non-pe major students is 56.87%,showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).In terms of healthy lifestyle and behavior,the possession rate of students majoring in physical education is 52.78%,while that of students majoring in non-physical education is 29.38%,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of basic skills,the possession rate of PE majors is 50%,while that of non-pe majors is 42.18%,showing no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:health literacy level of PE students is better than that of other majors.
