幼儿体育活动对其感统训练的实践研究

Practice Research on Kid Physical Activity on Sensory System Training

随着社会不断的发展和经济的进步,我国素质教育以及新课程改革也在不断地推进,人们对幼儿教育的关注也越来越重视。幼儿阶段是人体感觉刺激发展最好的阶段,也是对生活中任何事物的接受的萌芽阶段。在社会高速发展的环境下,小家庭和都市化生活越来越普遍,家长对幼儿有太多过度的保护要求,都市化的生活造成幼儿活动空间的减少,户外活动减少会使幼儿期的儿童感觉到学习动力不足,尤其是触觉、前庭平衡学以及运动学的学习。加上对于儿童激烈竞争的教育方式以及家长和孩子之间关系的不融洽,这都会造成幼儿在学习生活以及活动中产生相应的问题,而且感觉统合失常的儿童也越来越多。探究在幼儿体育活动中融入相应的感统训练,通过训练结果分析幼儿感觉失调的原因,将感统训练融入幼儿体育互动中,能够把感统训练和幼儿身体上的训练有效地结合在一起,有助于培养幼儿的自尊心和自信心,加强幼儿身体的训练。在训练过程中通过对幼儿不同感官的刺激,能够培养幼儿的兴趣和形成良好的习惯,也能够加强对幼儿性格的培养,促进幼儿身体与心理健康的发展。

With the continuous social development and economic progress,quality education and new curriculum reform in our country are also advancing,and people pay more and more attention to early childhood education.Early childhood is the best stage of sensory stimulation development of the human body,and also the embryonic stage of acceptance of anything in life.With high-speed development in the social environment,as well as family and urbanization of life,parents of young kid have too much excessive protection requirements,and urbanization of life causes the decrease of kid activity space and outdoor activities,which can make the kid feel of early childhood learning motivation,especially the sense of touch,vestibular and kinematics study.In addition,the education mode of fierce competition for kid and the unharmonious relationship between parents and kid will lead to kid’s learning,life and activities in the corresponding problems,and more and more kid feel the integration disorder.Exploration on integrating sensory system training in kid’s sports activities and interactions,and analysis on the causes of disorder of kid’s feeling,could realize the combination of sensory system training and kid body training,which is helpful in developing kid’s self-esteem and self-confidence,strengthening the training of kids.In the training process,through the stimulation of different senses to kid,kid’s interest and good habits could be cultivated,and their characters are built,which promotes the development of their physical and mental health.
