气排球作为大众喜爱的新兴体育项目,在全国上下发展迅速,随着各类气排球赛事的举办,裁判员队伍经受着巨大的考验和挑战。通过文献资料法、访谈调查法、录像分析法等研究方法,分析归纳出气排球裁判员临场执裁时存在的问题,并探寻提高气排球裁判员临场执裁能力的培养方法,以期为气排球裁判员队伍的良性发展提供理论参考。

Gas volleyball,as a new sports item popular with the public,has developed rapidly throughout the country.With the holding of various levels of gas volleyball tournaments,the referee team has undergone tremendous tests and challenges.Through research methods of literature data,interview survey,video analysis and so on,the problems in the on-the-spot ruling of the referees are analyzed and summarized.And the training methods for improving the on-the-spot ruling ability of the referees are explored,which aims to provide a theoretical reference for the sound development of the referee team.
