大学生参加网球俱乐部动机调查——以桂林理工大学南宁分校为例

A Survey of College Students’Motivation to Join Tennis Clubs——Taking Nanning Branch of Guilin University of Technology as An Example

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,以桂林理工大学南宁分校为例,通过对桂林理工大学南宁分校2017级大学二年级学生参加网球俱乐部进行动机问卷调查,得出其参与动机的调查研究结果。通过分析调查研究结果,找出大学生参加网球俱乐部的积极动机因素,建立和强化大学生正确的参与动机,从而形成大学生学习网球技术及理论的正确动机,促进大学生的身心和谐发展,有利于培养大学生健康的心理品质及形成正确的体育参与动机。通过对大学生参加网球俱乐部动机调查研究,可以让高校教学层更加清楚大学生的内在需求,在制订体育俱乐部政策时更加有的放矢,从而进一步推动体育俱乐部教学的全面发展,为国家培养更多身心健康的优秀人才打下扎实基础。

By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper,taking Guilin University of Technology at Nanning as an example,conducts a questionnaire survey on the motivation of sophomores to participate in tennis clubs,and obtains the investigation results of their participation motivation.Through the analysis of the investigation results,it finds out the positive motivation factors for college students to participate in tennis clubs,establishes and strengthens the correct motivation for college students’participation,thus forming the correct motivation for college students to learn tennis skills and theories,promoting the harmonious development of college students’body and mind,and being conducive to cultivating the healthy psychological quality of college students and forming the correct motivation for sports participation.Through the investigation and study on the motivation of college students to participate in tennis clubs,the teaching side in colleges and universities can understand the internal needs of college students more clearly,and have more specific targets when formulating policies for sports clubs,thus further promoting the all-round development of sports club teaching and laying a solid foundation for the country to cultivate more excellent talents with good physical and mental health.
