外籍职业足球运动员在中超发展现状与前景分析——以2018-2019赛季为例

Analysis of the Status Quo and Prospects of Foreign Professional Football Players in China Super League Development——Take 2018-2019 Season as An Example

随着我国职业足球联赛机制的不断成熟与迅速发展,中超不仅培养出诸多优秀国内球员前往欧洲联赛效力,吸引一大批世界知名足球运动员效力中超。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法研究分析外籍足球运动员在中超的发展状况,探讨分析其在中超的发展前景。研究结论:中超各俱乐部至少拥有3名以上外籍足球运动员,外籍足球运动员来自欧洲和亚洲居多;有超过20名球员曾效力于五大联赛;巴西籍的足球运动员远远超过其他国籍的运动员;各俱乐部以引进优质前锋为主,中场次之,后卫最少。中超联赛应适当合理引进优秀足球运动员,在引进优秀外籍运动员的同时,大力培养国内运动员;借鉴学习外籍运动员,并结合国内运动员实际情况形成自身特色。

With the continuous maturity and rapid development of the professional football league mechanism in China,the Super League not only cultivated many outstanding domestic players to play in the European League,but also attracted a large number of world-renowned football players to play the role of Super League.This paper uses the literature data method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the development of foreign football players in the Super League,and to explore its development prospects in the Super League.Research conclusions:Super League clubs have at least 3 foreign football players,foreign football players from Europe and Asia;more than 20 players have played in the five major leagues;Brazilian football players far exceed athletes of other nationalities;high-quality forwards are the first choice of clubs,followed by midfielders and the guards.The Super League should properly and reasonably introduce excellent football players,and at the same time introduce excellent foreign athletes,vigorously train domestic athletes;learn from foreign athletes and combine their actual situation with domestic athletes to form their own characteristics.
