摘要
换流站金具发热是影响换流站正常稳定运行的重要原因,造成换流站金具发热的因素很多,但大多数因素本质上都是因为影响了金具接头的回路电阻而导致金具的发热。从试验角度出发,选取换流站中常用的典型的六分裂线夹作为研究对象,采用直流电源作为试验电源,通过测量金具接头两侧的电压,依据欧姆定律计算金具接头的回路电阻。针对回路电阻测量电流、温升效应、螺栓力矩、分接头通流不均衡4方面因素设计试验,通过分析试验结果,研究各因素对金具接头回路电阻的影响。最后,限于本试验中直流电源输出电流无法达到金具接头实际运行电流大小,故本试验选取大型交流电源向金具注入有效值达到金具设计电流的交流电流模拟金具处于大电流运行时的发热情况,试验结果表明金具发热明显的点位于金具汇流排和金具接头与导线的连接处,与实际运行过程中金具发热位置情况相符。因此,验证试验可为现阶段研究换流站金具接头发热问题提供借鉴。
The heating of armour clamp is an important factor that affects the normal and stable operation of converter station.There are many factors that cause the heating of armour clamp,but in essence most of them are all the factors that affect the loop resistance.Therefore,the typical six split clamp was selected as the research object,and direct current current supply was used as the test power supply.By measuring the voltage on both sides of the clamp,the loop resistance of the armour clamp was calculated according to Ohm s Law.According to four factors of loop resistance measurement current,temperature rise effect,bolt torque and unbalanced current,the experiment was designed.By analyzing the experiment results,the influence of each factor on the loop resistance of armour clamp joint was obtained.Finally,due to the fact that the output current of direct current power supply could not reach the actual operating current of the armour clamp,a large alternating current power supply was selected to inject an effective current to reach the design current of armour clamp.It could simulate the heating situation of armour clamp joint in high current operation.The experiment results show that the obvious heating point of the clamp is located at the junction and the connector of clamp and wire.It is consistent with the heating position of armour clamp during the actual operation.Therefore,the verification experiment can provide a reference for the research on the heating problem of armour clamp of converter station.
