摘要
对桥梁承台浇筑过程水化热情况进行模拟分析,为承台大体积混凝土浇筑方案提供理论依据。混凝土浇筑监测数据表明,混凝土芯部温度、芯部与表面等温差数据与理论值基本一致。实践证明,自动控制降温技术可有效控制承台混凝土内外温差,减少冷却水管施工时间,为类似混凝土施工水化热控制提供实践参考。
To Simulate and analyze the hydration heat of the bridge cap in the process of pouring can provide a theoretical basis for the mass concrete pouring scheme of the cap.Concrete pouring monitoring data shows that the temperature of the concrete core,the temperature difference between the core and the surface are basically consistent with the theoretical value.Practice has proved that the automatic control cooling technology can effectively control the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cap concrete,reduce the cooling water pipe construction time,and provide practical reference for the hydration heat control of similar concrete construction.
