从黑山共和国南北高速公路三分部全线桥梁,特别是VERUSA互通桥梁施工资源组织入手,根据实际施工经验,总结海外项目前期施工资源准备阶段需要注意的问题及计算依据。结合当地实际环境对项目组织管理进行总结归纳。

This article starts with the construction resource organization of all bridges in the third branch of the North-South Expressway of the Republic of Montenegro, especially the VERUSA interoperable bridge. According to the actual construction experience, the paper sums up the issues that need to be paid attention to in the pre-construction resource preparation stage of overseas projects and the calculation basis, sums up the project organization and management combined with the local actual environment.
