摘要
现阶段,我国房地产行业发展十分迅速,房地产建筑面积测绘得到了大家的高度重视。房地产建筑面积一般分为实测面积和预测面积,2种面积存在很大的差异。基于此,论文主要针对竣工前后房地产面积差异问题的产生进行分析,并总结了应对策略。
At present, China’s real estate industry is developing rapidly, and the real estate floor area surveying and mapping has been highly valued. The construction area of real estate is generally divided into measured area and predicted area, and there are big differences between the two types of areas. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the difference of real estate area before and after completion, and summarizes the countermeasures.
