Analysis of the Function of Project Characteristics in the Whole Process Cost Management of Construction Project

基于对项目特征在建设工程全过程造价管理中作用的探讨,首先要明确工程造价管理的概念与重要性,再以此为基础对建设工程全过程造价管理中项目特征的作用进行分析。论文主要围绕前期造价管理中项目特征的作用、招标投标阶段造价管理中项目特征的作用、施工造价管理中项目特征的作用以及竣工结算阶段造价管理中项目特征的作用这4方面展开研究,希望能为建筑行业的健康发展贡献微薄之力。

Based on the discussion of the role of project characteristics in the whole process cost management of construction projects,the concept and importance of project cost management should be clarified first, and then the role of project characteristics in the whole process cost management of construction projects should be analyzed on this basis. This paper mainly focuses on four aspects: the role of project characteristics in the early cost management, the role of project characteristics in the cost management in the bidding stage, the role of project characteristics in the construction cost management and the role of project characteristics in the cost management in the completion settlement stage, hoping to contribute a little to the healthy development of our company and the construction industry.
