摘要
静电透镜电位分布测量实验,是电子离子光学课程中的一个重要实验。根据弱电解液中电流场与真空中无源静电场的相似性原理,在静电透镜电位分布测量实验中,采用透镜电极在电解槽中产生的交流电流场来模拟静电场,可实现静电透镜电位的分布测量。该文分析了交流电流场模拟静电场的可行性、交流电流场模拟静电场的优点,以及电流场的频率对实验结果的影响。介绍了用劈型电解槽模拟轴对称电场测量静电透镜电位分布的实验原理及步骤,以及使用Excel软件的电子列表、作图、函数计算功能,处理实验数据的方法。该实验装置具有操作简单、电场分布直观等优点"实验有助于提高实验教学效果,提升学生的动手能力。
Electrostatic lens potential distribution measurement experiment is an integral part in the course of Electronic and Ion Optics.According to the principle of the similarity between the current field in weak electrolyte and the passive electrostatic field in the vacuum,in the electrostatic lens potential distribution measurement experiment,the electrostatic field is simulated by the AC current field generated by the lens electrode in the electrolytic cell,and the electrostatic lens potential distribution measurement can be realized.The article analyzes the feasibility of simulating the electrostatic field in the AC current field,the advantages of the AC field in simulating the electrostatic field,and the influence of the frequency of the current field on experimental results.This article introduces the experimental principle and steps to measure the potential distribution of electrostatic lens by using split-type electrolytic cell to simulate axisymmetric electric field,and methods of handling experimental data with the help of data list,drawing and function calculation of Excel.The experimental device has the advantages of simple operation and intuitive electric field distribution.Experiments can boost the effectiveness of experimental teaching and enhance students*hands-on ability.
