专业化赋能框架下社区教育教师发展研究 被引量:8

摘要 教师专业化问题与社区教育发展相伴而生,现阶段社区教育专业化进程明显滞后于事业发展需求,专业保障、实践能力、专业素养、专业自治和继续教育等内容,已成为社区教育教师专业化发展的主要阻滞因素。教师专业化是社区教育事业可持续性发展的重要基础,顺势确立"增权赋能"为核心和"实践智慧、专业自觉和外部引领"为路径的"三维一体"专业化发展框架,保障社区教育教师形成专业自觉和专业成长。在促进社区教育教师专业化发展对策建议上,立足政策保障提升职业认同,通过专业培养增强专业素养,以实践反思筑牢实践智慧,强化教师继续教育岗位和培训等工作措施,推进社区教育教师专业化发展。 Teacher’s professionalization goes hand in hand with the development of community education.At present,the progress of community education specialization fails to satisfy the development requirement of community education.The principal factors restricting the professional development of community teachers include professional support,practical ability,professional literacy,professional autonomy,and continuing education.Professionalization of community teachers is an important foundation for the sustainable development of community education.It is therefore proposed to build a three-dimensional integrated professional development framework with"empowerment"as the core and"practical wisdom,professional consciousness and external guidance"as the approaches to support the professional development and professional consciousness of community teachers.This paper suggests that we should promote professional identity through policy guarantee,increase professional attainments through professional cultivation,raise practical wisdom through practice and self-examination,and strengthen on-the-job training through continuing education.
