摘要
采用盆摘实验,研究喷施不同浓度Zn肥对油菜生长、Cd吸收、Zn吸收及土壤有效Zn含量的影响,分析Cd在油菜体内的累积来揭示喷施Zn肥对油菜作用机理。结果表明,喷施Zn肥显著提高油菜体内生物量,其增幅为1.1%~29.55%;中水平喷施Zn肥的油菜体内Zn含量增幅最大,可达213.24%;喷施Zn肥显著降低油菜体内Cd含量,其降幅为3.45%~41.38%;而喷施Zn肥对土壤中有效Cd含量没有明显变化。
The pot picking experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of Zn fertilizer on rape growth,Cd absorption,Zn absorption and soil available Zn content.The accumulation of Cd in rape was analyzed to reveal the mechanism of Zn application on rape.The results showed that spraying Zn fertilizer significantly increased the biomass of rape by 1.1%~29.55%.Zn content in rape increased by 213.24%at medium level.Cd content in rape decreased by 3.45%~41.38%after spraying Zn fertilizer.However,there was no significant change in available Cd content in soil.
