碘量法测定含铜物料中铜含量的试验研究

摘要 进行了碘量法测定含铜物料中铜含量的实验研究。研究了碘量法测定中,消除含铜物料中硒产生的干扰与样品分解同步完成的最佳条件。探讨了挥发除硒机理,拟定选择王水-氢氟酸-硫酸两步分解样品。经ICP-AES检测,样品中挥发后硒的残余量极少,挥发率达99.8%以上。样品中铜的加标回收率为97.4%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.015%~1.18%。该方法用于含硒物料中铜的测定,结果满意。 An experimental study on the determination of copper content in materials containing copper by iodometry was carried out.The optimum conditions for eliminating the interference of selenium in copper bearing materials and completing the sample decomposition simultaneously in iodometry were studied.The mechanism of selenium removal by volatilization was discussed.The sample was decomposed by aqua regia hydrofluoric acid sulfuric acid in two steps.By ICP-AES detection,the residual amount of selenium in the sample after volatilization is very small,and the volatilization rate is more than 99.8%.The recoveries of copper in the samples are 97.4%~100.4%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)are 0.015%~1.18%.The method has been applied to the determination of copper in Selenium materials with satisfactory results.
