摘要
目前多数煤矿在井下综采作业过程中的自动化水平得到了显著提升,采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架已得到了普遍的应用,但在实际综采作业时均通过人工控制各类自动化设备的运行,没有形成连续的智能化配合作业,不仅影响了综采作业水平的提升而且还给井下的生产安全造成了较大的隐患,因此提出了一种新的煤矿井下自动化综采技术,采用了自动化设备协同作业的思想,实现了采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架的智能化配合作业,根据分析表明采用智能化联动作业后,井下的综采作业效率提升了12.4%,单班作业人员的数量减少了17人,显著提升了煤矿井下综采的经济性和安全性。
At present,the automation level of most coal mines in the process of fully mechanized mining operation has been significantly improved,shearer,scraper conveyor,hydraulic support have been widely used.But in the actual fully mechanized mining operation,the operation of all kinds of automatic equipment is manually controlled,and there is no continuous intelligent cooperation operation,which not only affects the level of fully mechanized mining operation,but also causes great hidden danger to the underground production safety.This paper puts forward a new automatic fully mechanized mining technology in coal mine.It adopts the idea of cooperative operation of automation equipment,and realizes the intelligent cooperation of shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support.According to the analysis,after adopting the intelligent linkage operation,the efficiency of fully mechanized coal mining is increased by 12.4%,and the number of single shift operators is reduced by 17 people,which significantly improves the economy and safety of fully mechanized coal mining.
