The gas primary cooler is the main equipment of the gas purification workshop.The cooling capacity of the gas primary cooler directly affects the operating temperature of the gas system and the subsequent tar recovery.Based on the analysis and investigation of the causes of naphthalene blockage in the gas primary cooler,and combined with practical engineering and technical renovation cases,the ways and methods to prevent and solve the naphthalene blockage in the primary cooler are found out.
