摘要
对某水煤气换热器内换热管在短期失效的原因进行分析,从宏观表面和腐蚀层的化学分析可知,腐蚀物中主要是氧化铁和碳酸钙。分析其原因,主要是壳程中的循环水处理处于开放状态,导致水内部含氧量以及无机盐超标,在高温下容易与金属管壁作用,发生腐蚀现象。针对上述问题,分别从换热器和循环水处理两方面提出相应措施。并在日常管理中实行实时监控,且进行定期清洗。
The cause of short-term failure of the heat exchange tube in a water gas heat exchanger is analyzed.From the chemical analysis of the macro surface and corrosion layer,the main corrosion products are iron oxide and calcium carbonate.The main reason is that the circulating water treatment in the shell side is in the open state,which leads to the excessive oxygen content and inorganic salts in the water,and it is easy to interact with the metal pipe wall at high temperature,resulting in corrosion.In view of the above problems,the corresponding measures are proposed from two aspects of heat exchanger and circulating water treatment.And in the daily management,real time monitoring and regular cleaning are carried out.
