摘要 单井增压开采技术是煤层气井开采后期提升煤层气产量及采收率的重要技术措施,通过采用单井增压工艺可以将煤层气井口套管压力降低至负压。在煤层气井场采用单井增压开采后,单井煤层气产气量提升幅度平均在27.8%,单口煤层气井采出程度提升30%~40%,表现出良好的应用效果。同时,采用螺杆压缩机配合变频电动机组合方式具有性能稳定、运行工况范围更宽的特点,煤层气井口最低吸气压力可降低至-0.01 MPa,相对于传统采用的活塞式压缩机,采用喷油螺杆式压缩式可以更好地适应煤层气单井增压开采需要。 Single well pressurization technology is an important technical measure to improve CBM production and recovery in the late stage of CBM production.The casing pressure of CBM well can be reduced to negative pressure by using single well pressurization technology.After using single well pressurized production in CBM well field,the average increase rate of CBM production of single well is 27.8%,and the recovery degree of single CBM well is increased by 30%~40%,showing good application effect.At the same time,the combination of screw compressor and variable frequency motor has the characteristics of stable performance and wider operating range.The minimum suction pressure of coal-bed gas well mouth can be reduced to-0.01 MPa.Compared with the traditional piston compressor,the oil injection screw compression type can better meet the needs of single well pressurized production of coalbed methane.
