摘要 针对研究生仪器分析实验教学设计了一个同时用高效液相色谱/质谱(HPLC/MS)和气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析农药杀虫剂噻嗪酮的对比实验。通过对两种仪器色谱条件、质谱条件、质谱图比较、质谱解析,使学生能够更好地理解和掌握色谱/质谱联用仪的分析原理和操作方法。特别是对比同一个化合物噻嗪酮在HPLC/MS和GC/MS两种仪器上质谱结果的差异,并进行离子来源及碎裂分析,可加深学生对质谱结果分析和裂解机理知识的掌握,将非常有利于研究生以后科研工作的开展,切实提高HPLC/MS和GC/MS两种重要的大型仪器的实验教学效果。 A comparative experiment was designed to analyze the pesticide buprofezin by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) for the postgraduate instrument analysis experiment teaching.By comparing the chromatographic conditions,mass spectrometry conditions,mass spectrum,and mass spectrometry analysis of the two instruments,students can better understand and master the analysis principles and operating methods of the chromatography/mass spectrometer.In particular,the difference in mass spectrometry results of the same compound buprofezin on GC/MS and HPLC/MS,and the source of ion and fragmentation analysis can deepen students’ knowledge of mass spectrometry analysis and cracking mechanism.It will be very beneficial to postgraduate for the scientific research work in future,and it will effectively improve the experimental teaching effect of two important large instruments,GC/MS and HPLC/MS.
