摘要
本文着重介绍了湖南军信环保股份污泥处置分公司脱水工艺中,采用有机混凝剂+PAM工艺替代现有的聚合硫酸铁+PAM工艺。在保证污泥含水率达标的条件下,保持直接成本未有明显提升,而在污泥焚烧处置、压滤液生化处理、设备腐蚀、运行安全等方面具有明显优势,因此可以确定此类新型药剂可替代铁盐药剂进行脱水生产。
This paper mainly introduces the application of organic coagulant+PAM process to replace the existing PFS+PAM process in the sludge disposal branch of Hunan Junxin environmental protection Co.,Ltd.Under the condition of ensuring that the sludge moisture content reaches the standard,the direct cost has not been significantly increased,but has obvious advantages in sludge incineration disposal,biochemical treatment of filter press fluid,equipment corrosion,operation safety and other aspects,so it can be determined that this kind of new agent can replace iron salt agent for dehydration production.
