在传统印染业生产过程中,印染技术需要在较高的温度下才能够持续进行,这会无端的消耗许多能量,造成资源的浪费以及环境的破坏。为了贯彻绿色可持续的生产活动理念,印染技术开始尝试进行相应的技术改革。在活性染料清洁生产的流程工艺进行过程中使用一定的表面活性剂,能够使得印染过程变得更加节能与高效。本文将对此进行研究与分析。

In the production process of traditional printing and dyeing industry,printing and dyeing technology needs to be carried out continuously at higher temperature,which will consume a lot of energy for no reason,resulting in waste of resources and environmental damage.In order to implement the concept of green and sustainable production activities,printing and dyeing technology began to try to carry out corresponding technical reforms.Using certain surfactants in the process of clean production of reactive dyes can make the printing and dyeing process more energy-saving and efficient.This paper will study and analyze this problem.
