微生物法处理高含氮难降解有机废水影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 微生物处理有机废水不容易造成对环境的二次污染,目前工业生产中产生了许多高含氮难降解有机废水,这类废水中富含大量的硝基类化合物。本文提出活性污泥—功能菌的生化法来处理这类废水,采用经过驯化培养的功能菌,废水处理条件为:温度控制在36℃左右,PH值在介于4~5之间,活性污泥加入量6%~9%,锰过氧化物酶(MnP)加入量为1mg.L^-1,处理时间:周期7天。处理后水质检测显示:出水色度接近于零,PH值大约6.0,CODcr为120左右,符合国家污水处理排放的二级标准。 Microbial treatment of organic wastewater is not easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment.At present,there are many high nitrogen and refractory organic wastewater in industrial production,which is rich in nitro compounds.In this paper,the biochemical method of activated sludge functional bacteria is proposed to treat this kind of wastewater.The domesticated functional bacteria are used.The conditions of wastewater treatment are:temperature is controlled at about 36℃,pH value is between 4-5,the amount of activated sludge is 6%-9%,the amount of manganese peroxidase(MNP)is 1mg·L-1,and the treatment time is 7 days.After treatment,the water quality detection shows that the effluent chroma is close to zero,the pH value is about 6.0,and the CODcr is about 120,which conforms to the secondary standard of national sewage treatment and discharge.
