摘要
HAZOP分析作为一种定性的工艺风险评估方法,可以用于精细化工反应工艺隐患风险排查和控制。但对于非重点监管的化工反应工艺和反应工艺变更环节,大部分企业目前缺少热风险评估资料,使得HAZOP分析报告缺乏真实性。本文从精细化工反应的风险漏洞和化学反应后果近似预测两方面角度阐述,提出目前精细化工反应过程存在的风险点并提出建议,另外给出化学反应后果预测方法,帮助HAZOP分析人员辅助预判可能性的反应后果,提高反应的可预见性。
HAZOP analysis,as a qualitative process risk assessment method,can be used to investigate and control the hidden dangers of fine chemical reaction process.However,most enterprises lack thermal risk assessment data for chemical reaction processes and reaction process changes that are not under key supervision,which makes the HAZOP analysis report lack of authenticity.This paper makes an elaboration from the prospective of the risk loopholes of fine chemical reaction and approximate prediction of chemical reaction consequences,and put forward the existing risk points and suggestions in the process of fine chemical reaction.In addition,the prediction method of chemical reaction consequences is given to help HAZOP analysts predict the possible reaction consequences and improve the predictability of reaction.
