摘要 本文应用硫酸法制备了硅胶,并对制备的硅胶进行了相关分析及性能表征。分析了硅胶表面基团、晶体结构及表面形貌,并通过吸附实验确立了影响吸附的各因素之间的关系。结果表明制备的硅胶为多孔结构,在红外和XRD中均检测到相应的特征吸收峰。红外光谱中805cm^-1、466cm^-1和1105cm^-1处出现硅胶的特征吸收峰;XRD谱图中出现明显的无定形SiO_2峰;SEM照片显示制得的硅胶样品是一种由大量的无定型SiO2颗粒经过无规则堆积聚集而成的疏松状的多孔物质。 In this paper,silica gel was prepared by sulfuric acid method,and correlation analysis and performance characterization of the prepared silica gel were carried out.The surface groups,crystal structure and surface morphology of silica gel were analyzed,and the relationships among the factors affecting adsorption were established through adsorption experiments.The results show that the prepared silica gel has porous structure,and the corresponding characteristic absorption peaks are detected in IR and XRD.The characteristic absorption peaks of silica gel appeared at 805 cm-1,466 cm-1 and 1105 cm-1 in infrared spectrum.There is an obvious amorphous SiO2 peak in XRD spectrum;SEM photos show that the silica gel sample is a kind of loose porous material formed by random accumulation of a large number of amorphous SiO2 particles.
