摘要
工程机械在我国装备工业中不可或缺,在流动式起重装卸作业、路面建设养护、能源工业建设、农林水利建设、土石方施工等工程中均需用到工程机械设备,如何延长工程机械使用寿命,确保有关机械设备安全稳定,成为工程机械应用进程中需解决主要问题之一。其中,机电一体化技术作为可把控机械设备运行实况的先进技术手段,有利于提高大型、复杂、成本高、运维难机械设备综合管理质量。本文通过探析机电一体化技术在工程机械中的应用方略,以期提高工程机械综合应用质量。
Construction machinery is indispensable in China's equipment industry,which needs to be used in mobile lifting and handling operations,pavement construction and maintenance,energy industry construction,agriculture,forestry and water conservancy construction,earth and stone construction,etc.How to prolong the service life ofconstruction machinery and ensure the safety and stability ofrelevant machinery and equipment has become one of the main problems to be solved in the application process of construction machinery.Among them,mechatronics technology,as an advanced technical means to control the actual operation of mechanical equipment,is conducive to improving the comprehensive management quality of large-scale,complex,high-cost and difficult operation and maintenance mechanical equipment.This paper analyzes the application strategy of mechatronics technology in construction machinery,hoping to improve the comprehensive application quality of construction machinery.
