通过讨论大数据和云计算技术与智慧城管建设的关系,分析了智慧城管的数据特点,并探讨了两者在智慧城管建设中的必要性和重要性。文中对智慧城管公共服务平台的构建提出初步的搭建方案,并提出在数字城管的九大基本子系统的基础上设计智慧城管的扩展功能,为实现城市管理的智能化、精细化、现代化提供理论依据,促进城市管理由"数字化"向"智能化"转变。

This paper analyzed the significance of big data and cloud computing for the smart city management foundation through the relation between them.We played the frame and function of public service platform of smart city management based on the nine basic systems of the digital city management traditionally.The theory contributed to the smarty,fined,modern of city management,and the transform in city management from"digital"to"intelligent".
