5A90铝锂合金超塑变形的局部应变及其对组织演变的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以超塑性5A90合金板材为对象,通过EBSD检测、金相观察等实验手段,研究其在超塑变形过程中沿标距长度方向局部应变的演变对晶粒形貌、空洞形貌的影响。结果表明:在试样标距内从断口至肩部,应变分布不均匀并呈梯度分布,靠近断口处的应变量最大;晶粒尺寸、空洞尺寸及体积分数随着局部应变量的上升而增加。 Superplastic deformation of 5 A90 alloy was carried out to study the effect of local strain developed on the microstructural evolution along the gauge length of tensile specimen by using optical techniques and electron backscatter diffraction.The results showed that the strain distribution was found to be non-uniform with more deformation towards fracture tip and less towards the shoulder section of specimen.Grain size and the volume fraction of cavity increased with the increase of local strain.
