“复盘”在腔镜设备器械培训中的运用——以广东省中医院为例

The Application of“Replay”in the Training of Laparoscopic Equipment——Taking Guangdong Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as an example

[目的]探讨“复盘”在腔镜设备器械培训中效果。[方法]在腔镜组对新进入手术室的新组员,分别随机先后采用“复盘”和传统两种学习方式进行培训。[结果]新组员表示采用“复盘”学习方式的对腔镜设备、器械的掌握明显优于传统学习方式,学习方法也更简单、易接受。[结论]“复盘”学习方式在腔镜设备器械培训中,效果是显著的。

[Objective]To explore the effect of“replay”in the training of laparoscopic equipment.[Methods]In the laparoscopic group,the new members of the operating room were randomly trained in two learning ways,one was“replay”and the other was traditional.[Results]The new team members said that the use of“replay”learning method to master the laparoscopic equipment was significantly better,simpler and more acceptable than the traditional learning method.[Conclusion]the effect of“replay”learning method in the training of laparoscopic equipment is significant.
