摘要
为了研究涤棉混纺纱线混纺比对纱线及针织物起毛起球性能的影响,分别选用涤/棉80/20、65/35、40/60、20/80、0/100混纺纱为面料的面纱,采用三线衬垫组织织造针织物。分析测试了5种混纺比纱线的捻度、毛羽、条干和断裂拉伸等物理机械性能,并对混纺针织物的起毛起球性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:随着纱线涤纶含量的降低,纱线的捻度变化不大,毛羽、条干性能增强,断裂强力逐渐降低,断裂伸长率减小;涤棉混纺针织物的抗起毛起球性能随着涤纶含量的降低而增强;纯棉织物的抗起毛起球性比涤棉混纺织物高0.5~1.0级。
In order to study the influence of blending ratio of polyester-cotton blended yarn on the pilling performance of yarn and knitted fabric,five kinds of polyester/cotton blend ratios of 80/20,65/35,40/60,20/80 and 0/100 are selected respectively.The three-line padded tissue is used to weave the knitted fabric.The physico-mechanical properties of the twist,hairiness,strip and tensile elongation of the five blended yarns are analyzed and tested,and the pilling performance of the blended knitted fabrics are tested and analyzed.The results show that as the yarn blending ratio decreases,the twist of the yarn does not change much,the hairiness and the strip dryness performance increase,the breaking strength decreases gradually,and the elongation at break decreases.The antipilling performance.of the polyester-cotton blended knitted fabric is negatively correlated with the yarn blending ratio.As the polyester content decreases,the pilling resistance of the cotton fabric is 0.5 to 1.0 higher than that of the polyester-cotton blended fabric.
