环冷机台车热交换对流仿真及隔热结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 在实际运行中环冷机台车体短截面侧梁温度远高于长截面侧梁温度,其产生的极大温差导致台车体产生过大热应力,可能引起台车体变形、失效等严重后果。针对上述问题,以国内某钢铁企业环冷机台车体为研究对象,利用Abaqus有限元分析软件,采用直接热力耦合方法,对环冷机台车体在稳定工作过程中的温度场、应力场及位移场进行仿真计算和分析。以分析的结果为基础,设计了一种环冷机台车体短截面侧梁隔热装置,该装置能较好地阻止烧结矿热量通过箅板传递到环冷机台车体短截面侧梁上,从而降低台车体短截面侧梁与长截面侧梁间的温差,提高台车体的安全性和耐用性。 During the actual operation of circular cooler,the side beam temperature of the short section of the trolley body is much higher than the side beam temperature of the long interface of the trolley body,so too much heat stress of the trolley body is caused due to the great temperature difference,which may cause such serious consequences as failure,deformation,etc.of the trolley body.Aiming at the above problems,the circular cooler trolley of a domestic iron and steel enterprise is taken as the research object,the temperature field,stress field and displacement field of the circular cooler trolley during the stable working process are simulated,calculated and analyzed by using Abaqus finite element analysis software and direct thermal coupling method.Based on the analysis results,a heat insulation device for the side beam of the short section of the circular cooler trolley is designed,which can prevent the heat of sinter from passing through the grate plate to the side beam of the short section of the circular cooler trolley,thus reducing the temperature difference between the side beam of the short section and the side beam of the long section of the circular cooler trolley,and improving the safety and durability of the circular cooler trolley.
