摘要
莱芜分公司炼铁厂在高炉渣中铝含量达到15.38%的高铝状态下,通过优化高炉关键工艺参数,建立原燃料差错考核体系、烧结配料模型分析体系、“随机代码”抽检评价体系的措施,各高炉实现了长期稳定顺行,取得了较好的技术指标。铁水〔Si〕含量由0.45%降至0.39%,燃料比由541 kg/t降至528 kg/t。
Under the condition of high aluminum content in blast furnace slag,reaching 15.38%,the ironmaking plant of Laiwu Branch Company has achieved the long-term stable and smooth operation of each blast furnace by optimizing the key process parameters of blast furnace,establishing the error assessment system of raw materials and fuels,the sintering burdening model analysis system and the"random code"sampling evaluation system,having obtained good technical indexes.The content of Si in hot metal decreased from 0.45%to 0.39%,and the fuel ratio decreased from 541kg/t to 528kg/t.
