冶金企业铁路车辆工艺运输可靠性研究与应用

摘要 对目前铁路工艺运输作业环节中的设备、作业环境、作业过程等要素进行系统分析,找出各要素中存在的影响铁路工艺运输可靠性的问题,研究2种铁水罐车自动识别对位系统、水渣车车体下部不锈钢化改造、下侧门抗变形及单侧化技术改造、转向架裂纹焊补技术攻关,制作多型号轮对轴承双侧自动注油机和防尘式钩舌销等多项解决方案,从而解决制约铁路运输安全的瓶颈环节,保证公司铁路运输安全顺行,实现公司生产效益最大化。 In the paper,through systematically analyzing the equipment,working environment,operation process and other elements in the current railway process transportation operation,the problems affecting the reliability of railway process transportation existing in various elements were found out,and then,through study on the automatic identification and alignment system for two kinds of hot metal tank cars,transformation with stainless steel for the lower part of slag car body,anti-deformation and unilateral technical transformation of the lower side door,tackling on the welding repair technology of bogie cracks,production of multiple types of bilateral automatic oiling machine for wheel set bearing and dust-proof knuckle pin and other solutions,the bottleneck restricting the safety of railway transportation have been solved,ensuring the safe and smooth railway transportation of the company and realizing the maximum production benefit of the company.
