安徽“十四五”时期非遗保护升级转型的思考

Thoughts on the Upgrade and Transition of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Anhui Province During the 14th Five-year Plan Period

文章在深入调研基础上,系统总结了过去15年特别是“十三五”期间安徽非遗保护取得的成绩,揭示了其存在的问题,指出在当今长三角一体化的背景下,“十四五”期间,安徽应将非遗保护工作着力点放在升级和转型上。升级,就是要全面提升非遗保护水平,创建符合安徽非遗特点的传承体系;转型,就是将非遗保护与利用结合,注重非遗与各种业态的融合,以实现传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。

On the basis of in-depth investigation,this paper systematically summarizes the achievements of intangible cultural heritage protection in the past 15 years,especially during the 13th Five-year Plan period,and reveals its existing problems.It is pointed out that in the context of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,during the period of the 14th Fiveyear Plan,Anhui should focus on upgrading and transformation of the intangible cultural heritage protection work.Upgrading is to comprehensively improve the level of intangible cultural heritage protection and create a heritage system that conforms to the characteristics of Anhui intangible cultural heritage;transformation is to combine the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage,and pay attention to the integration of intangible cultural heritage and various formats,so as to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture.
