Because of the top-level design being perfect,market elements being further optimized,and the rising trend of live show of commodities,these have brought unprecedented strategic development opportunities for fresh food e-commerce in cold chain logistics.However,many challenges of cold chain logistics in Anhui province have been restricting factors in fresh food e-commerce.In order to build a smart cold chain logistics system for fresh food e-commerce in Anhui,we must make up the infrastructure,market concentration and information construction as soon as possible,so as to realize the rapid development of Anhui province from a big agricultural province to a strong and competitive one.
