乡风文明建设作为乡村振兴战略的五项要求之一,不仅贯穿其实施的全过程,而且也是其重要保障。当前,我国乡风文明建设面临着认识局限、组织局限、硬件局限、机制局限等诸多现实困境。在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,必须以推进农村思想道德建设为核心,提升主体素质;以加强基层党组织建设为抓手,夯实组织基础;以完善农村阵地建设为支撑,筑牢硬件平台;以建立健全长效机制为目的,强化制度保障。

As one of the five requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the construction of rural civilization is not only the whole process of its implementation,but also its important guarantee.At present,our country's rural civilization construction is faced with many practical dilemmas such as limitations of cognition,limitations of organization,limitations of hardware,limitations of mechanism and so on.In the context of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,we must take the promotion of rural ideological and moral construction as the core to improve the quality of the main body;take the strengthening of the grassroots party organization as the starting point and lay a solid foundation for the organization;take the construction of the rural position as the support and build a hardware platform;with the purpose of establishing a sound and long-term effective mechanism,strengthen system guarantees.
