高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度自动检测方法仿真 被引量:3

摘要 采用当前方法检测高温涂层冷轧板表面的光洁度时,检测所用的时间较长,检测过程中的轮廓峰数较低,存在检测效率低和检测结果精准度低的问题。提出高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度自动检测方法,通过分析板形的基本理论以及浪形生成理论为高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度的检测提供相关信息,缩短检测高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度所用的时间。根据数理统计学理论结合板形基本理论和浪形生成理论的分析结果,在传统评定参数轮廓算数平均偏差、轮廓均方根偏差、轮廓单峰平均间距的基础上引入自相关函数,建立高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度检测模型,通过高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度检测模型实现高温涂层冷轧板表面光洁度的自动检测。仿真结果表明,所提方法的检测效率高、检测结果精准度高。 At present, the time for the detection of surface finish of the high-temperature coated cold-rolled plate of is too long, and the number of contour peaks is too low. In this paper, an automatic detection method for the surface finish of high-temperature coated cold-rolled plate was presented. The analysis of the basic theory of shape and the generation theory of wave shape provided the relevant information for the detection of surface finish of high-temperature coated cold-rolled plate, so that the detection time was shortened. The mathematical statistics theory was combined with the basic theory of plate shape and the analysis result of wave shape generation theory. Based on the average deviation of traditional evaluation parameter contour, the contour root mean square deviation and the distance average of contour single peak, the autocorrelation function was introduced to establish the model to detect the surface finish of the high-temperature coated cold-rolled plate. Thus, the surface finish of the high-temperature coated cold-rolled plate was automatically detected by the model. Simulation results show that the proposed method has high detection efficiency and high detection precision.
