摘要
目的探索灰色关联分析在临床实习生客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核成绩评价分析中的应用效果。方法利用灰色关联方法分析临床实习生中期OSCE考核成绩。结果以全部学员每个站点得分最高值为参考序列,设置分辨系数为0.5,建立了灰色关联评价矩阵,最高关联值为0.863。结论OSCE能较为客观测试临床实习生的临床综合能力,灰色关联分析方法能适用于OSCE考核成绩评价。
Objective To explore the application effect of grey relational analysis(GRA)in the evaluation and analysis of assessment results of the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)of clinical interns.Methods The assessment results of mid-term OSCE of clinical interns were analyzed using GRA.Results A GRA-based evaluation matrix was established with the highest value of each site of all interns set as the reference sequence,the resolution ratio 0.5,and the highest relational value 0.863.Conclusion OSCE allows for an objective test of the comprehensive clinical ability of clinical interns,and GRA can be applied to the evaluation of assessment results of OSCE.
