多学科团队协作模式在双相情感障碍患者护理中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Team Cooperation Model in Nursing of Patients with BipolarDisorder

目的探讨多学科团队协作(MDT)模式用于双相情感障碍(BD)的效果。方法选择2018-2019年沈阳市铁西区精神卫生中心收治的成人BD患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组护理采用常规模式,观察组护理采用MDT模式。比较两组干预前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD),杨氏躁狂量表(YMRS),社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和简氏健康相关生活质量问卷-36(SF-36)评分。结果两组干预前HAMD,YMRS,SDSS和SF-36评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后HAMD,YMRS,SDSS和SF-36评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT模式能够进一步改善BD患者的心理状态.社会功能和生活质量,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team cooperation(MDT)on bipolar disorder(BD).Methods A total of 80 cases of adult BD patients in our center from 2018 to 2019 were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursingmode,while the observation group adopted MDT modc.The HAMD,YMRS,SDSS and SF-36 scores were comparedbetween the two groups before and after the intervention.Results there was no significant difference in HAMD,YMRS,SDSs and SF-36 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the scoresof HAMD,YMRS,SDSs and SF-36 were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT modcl can furtherimprove the mental state,social function and quality of life of BD patients,which is worthy of promotion andapplication in clinical nursing.
