认知心理护理对精神分裂症患者主观症状认知功能及社会功能的影响

Effect of Cognitive Psychological Nursing on Subjective Symptom,Cognitive Function and SocialFunction of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨在精神分裂症患者中采用认知心理护理的效果。方法选择2019年1-12月我院收治的精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用认知心理护理,比较两组病情稳定4周的主观症状,认知功能和社会功能。结果干预后4周后,两组阳性和阴性症状量表,简易智力状态检查量表,住院精神病人社会功能评定量表总分差异有统计学意义(P<0,05),结论认知心理护理能够进一步改善精神分裂症患者的主观症状,认知功能和社会功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive psychological nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 wererandomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was givenroutine nursing,and the intervention group was given cognitive psychological nursing.The subjective symptoms.cognitive function and social function of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeksof intcrvention,there were significant differences in the total scores of positive and negative symptom scale,minimental state examination and scale of social function in psychosis inpatients between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive psychological nursing can further improve the subjective symptoms,cognitive function andsocial function of patients with schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical application.
